Murray Ohio Mfg. Co. 1941 Chrysler Pedal Car

$475.00

This recently discovered child’s dream car was rescued from obscurity and neglect. Better judgement kept this vehicle from a full restoration in order to show the world it’s original yet aged exterior with all of it’s wonderful patina and yes, love dimples. I can just imagine grandmother or great grandmother cuddled intently by the radio listening for the latest news from the war praying that her son or grandson was safe from harm. Mean while, the children were in the driveway far off in another world as they pretended to be out for a cruise in their favorite car.

These pedal cars were in production starting in 1940 through the early 40’s. After the start of WWII production fell as the metal needed to build these cars went toward the war effort making this model very desirable to collectors and persons nostalgic for the past.
